First Ponderosa Businesses Open

First Ponderosa businesses open

 
The Village of Ponderosa is starting to see its first signs of life, as businesses begin to open in the commercial district. Estilo Salon & Day Spa opened for business on Oct. 16, Central Financial Group will move into its building on Oct. 22, and Gateway Market will complete construction in January 2008 with an opening date in early spring. BSB Design expects to start construction of its building this month.

Residential activity has been strong, with all the homes in the Creekside neighborhood, which consists of higher-end single-family houses, being sold and 32 percent of the Courtyard single-family homes taken.
